Spinning Inward [Maureen Murdoch]Using Guided Imagery with Children for Learning Creativity and Relaxation Relax Kids -The Wishing Star [Marneta Viegas]Using guided meditations based around traditional stories this is a gentle and fun way of introducing older children to the world of meditation and relaxation. It is designed to counteract some of the tensions with which we are all familiar at the end of a busy day, and offer parent and children together some quality time to relax and share. The meditations and visualisations aim to develop children’s imagination and provide them with skills that will be invaluable for the rest of their life Breathe -Yoga for Teens [Mary Kaye Chryssicas]This a great book for young teenage girls (no boys are pictured), promoting true self-esteem in girls. The yogic principles are presented in a way that teens can easily understand and apply to their lives. This is a very well-designed and possitive book for teens The Secret (Teens) [Paul Harrington]Paul Harrington writes a powerful work for teens who really do need to hear The Secret message in “teen language” so they can implement these concepts into their daily lives. He uses teen specific experiences to help motivate and inspire the teen reader who will pick up this book, looking to learn how to improve their own life.
