Fal is an inspirational teacher and owner of Mind Yoga. Manish is an inspirational teacher, where each class brings something new to experience and learn from…….detailed knowledge of postures is communicated at a subtle level and with the connection of breath to help reach that extra bit further to truly experience that inner stillness and bliss in the posture.
Mita is an inspirational yoga teacher as well as guided meditation classes. Personal experience of Mita’s meditation course has been a great refresher to unfold the techniques that are naturally within us to help us to reconnect to our source, our true nature and the peace within us. It brings home the importance of silent sitting, and to allow the gift of using our breath to help focus our minds.
Yoga for the Special Child®
Yoga for the Special Child® is a comprehensive program of Yoga techniques designed to enhance the natural development of children with special needs. The style of Yoga is gentle and therapeutic – safe for babies and children with Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Microcephaly, Autism and other developmental disabilities. These methods also provide an effective treatment for children diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder, ADHD and Learning Disabilities.
