Adult Mindfulness

This group is for those who are new to mindfulness and for those who have started their own practice and are interested in exploring mindfulness further in a friendly group setting. One of the definitions of mindfulness is “…a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations”. Practicing mindfulness has the potential to bring huge benefits to you and those around you. Over the term, you will try different approaches, from the scientific to the spiritual, and find something that you can take away and apply in your daily lives.

When you recommend a friend who joins our classes for a term, your child will be entitled to one free class!

Children are like a canvas, absorbing paint and colours easily, and they will pick up, imitate and learn from all the influences they are exposed to, imbibing knowledge from their parents, teachers, surroundings and friends. They are amazing conduits of energy and positivity, and adults can gain much from observing their intrinsic natures…
