Avni has created the Today We Smile brand as a way of sharing her experiences with the world. Her website and blog are full of stories, yoga tips, recipes and mindfulness tips. She shares her world in an open and honest way in the hope to support others around her as well. She is an Ashtanga- Vinyasa teacher as well as a kids and family yoga teacher. Mita is an inspirational yoga teacher as well as guided meditation classes. Personal experience of Mita’s meditation course has been a great refresher to unfold the techniques that are naturally within us to help us to reconnect to our source, our true nature and the peace within us. It brings home the importance of silent sitting, and to allow the gift of using our breath to help focus our minds.

Yoga for the Special Child®
